Music, music, la di da, I love music, tra la la. I sing and I like to strum away on the guitar, and occasionally I'll even do both in front of other people, and that's called a concert, which is exciting and also just a little bit terrifying. I've always loved to sing, and I started to play the guitar about six years ago, inspired mostly by my dad and then by the people I went to camp with. My favorite part of playing music is when other people sing along. Don't be shy!
I'm in a wonderful a cappella group here at Wesleyan, Onomatopoeia, and I also perform on my own. Sure, I'm yer basic folkie girl, but I'm okay with that; tragically hip never worked very well for me anyway. To read the lyrics to songs that I've written, go to my poetry page.
