What we do is pretty simple. During the week we works. Bigwheel is a fulltime cop while Miz Brenda works for an air conditioning and heating company. But when the clock strikes 4:00 PM on Friday afternoon we can often be found at the nearest Barbecue Cookoff stuffing logs into our mobile bbq pit named "Fred". The competition at the cookoffs is always tough, but occasionally we win a nice trophy, cash or other Award. While winning is great, our main enjoyment from the cookoffs is getting out and cooking Texas Style BBQ while having fun with our family and friends.
