FROSTING
Great On Quick Carrot Cake!
1 250g (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup icing sugar (or more)
Cream the cream cheese.
Add in the butter & vanilla.
Gradually add icing sugar till spreadable.
Spead onto a cake.
