  2. Sit on the ground with your hands and feet in front of you.

  3. Close your eyes and take slow breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth, concentrating on the air flowing in and out of your lungs.

  4. With each breath, concentrate on the feeling of the air rushing through your nose and into your lungs.

  5. Focus on the energy at the root of your spine. Feel the energy moving up your spine to the base of your neck.

  6. feel your energy sinking into the earth and the earth enveloping your energy.

  7. Feel the heat of this energy as it moves up and down your spine.

  9. Focus the fire energies into the palms of your hands, still thinking about the thing you wish to change. Focus on this thing, allowing the fire energies to absorb it.
