Allah! There is no god but He, the Living, the Self-subsisting, Supporter
of all.
No slumber can seize Him nor sleep.
His are all the things in the heavens and on earth.
Who is thee can intercede in His presence except as He permits?
He knows what (appears to His creatures as) before or after or behind them.
Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He wills.
His throne does extend over the heavens and the earth,
And He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them.
For He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).

The Opening Chapter
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds:
Most Gracious, Most Merciful:
Master of the Day of Judgement.
Thee do we worship,
And Thine aid we seek.
Show us the straight way.
The way of those on whom Thou has bestowed Thy Grace,
Those whose (portion) is not wrath,
And who got not astray.
