1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup stewed prunes pulp
1 tsp cloves
2 Tbs prune juice
3/4 cup thick sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
Cream Cheese Frosting
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cream butter and sugar well, add eggs and sour cream.
Mix dry ingredients, combine the two mixtures, adding the prune juice and pulp.
Bake in two well greased and floured 9-inch layer pans for 25 minutes. Spread Cream cheese
Frosting between layers and over the top.
