The 'disabled' person is not the deaf one who hears - it is the hearing one who is deaf. Deafness isn't always the inability to hear, It's more often the inability to listen.. Most folks only half listen because that's the most we can do with our ears. It takes a special person to teach us how to listen with the heart and soul.
"For us believing Physicists, the distinction between past, present and future is only an illusion - even if a stubborn one."(Albert Einstein)
I do not accept that the past has gone somewhere, that it has vanished because "time marches on". The dimensions of past, present and future are fluid; we are swimming in them now. Stroke in any direction and you can meet with yourself - as you were, as you are,
or will be in the future.
Too many folks are skeptical, even closed-minded, to the reality that life truly is more than what our mind and senses report to us. Tangibles are things of life that can be touched and studied and experimented with, but do we see the hundredth-thousandth part of what exists? Invisibility is a fact of life.
Doubt sees obstacles;
faith sees the way.
Doubt sees the darkest night;
faith sees the day.
Doubt dreads to take a step;
faith soars on high.
Doubt questions, "Who believes?"
...faith answers, "I".
