Thanks For The Memories
Reunion 2000
Veterans and Guests

Thanks for the support....

Thank you to all the veterans and guests who attended the reunion at Fort Knox.

Thanks go to the late Tommy Dorris, 5/4th Arty, Society of the Fifth Membership officer. (You are truely missed.)

And a big thank you goes to Ret. Col. Jim Walker, Pres. of the 69th Armor Assoc., who had no connection to this unit except for the fact that he was a tanker and a Nam vet.

Thank you SFC Alston, who really helped give these great veterans a reunion to remember. He was the key to making the plans a reality.

Thanks also go to the 1968 C3 platoon, the first group located. Their inspiration made it happen for a battalion of their fellow veterans.

A special thank you goes to Tom Rosser, who remembered his buddies and tried to locate them. You started it all and so many have benefitted by the fond memories you had of the buddies you shared a battlefield with. Thanks Rosser.

And to all the magnificient men of the 1/77th Armor....

SALUTE!
and
WELCOME HOME!
