Sharon is going to a local community college and studying to be a Sign Language interperter. When she was young, we used simple sign language alot, and she found that she enjoyed it! She and her boyfriend Matt started going out in high school and have been going out for over 3 years now. This picture is of them going to Matt's senior homecoming, then at the end of the year, his prom.(Of course, we had to get Coco in the picture too!) The last picture is of them at Thanksgiving this year.
Sharon and Matt have joined the SCA and are having a great time. The SCA is a group that recreates the middle ages. As you can see, Matt is a "heavy arms fighter" - he gets into armor, picks up his shield and sword then goes out onto the field and hits people (and tries to avoid being hit himself). Sharon is more artistic and makes a lot of awards that are given out by doing calligraphy and drawing, called illumination. We team up, Mom does the calligraphy and Sharon does the illumination.
