[Under Construction]

In October 1998 after returning from 18 months at sea I found myself in an aprtment, desparately in need of an animal ( I discovered that my mare didnt really fit into my courtyard.) I toyed (briefly) with the idea of a rabbit and then remembering my cavy owning days as a child (and junior member of the NSW Cavy Club)  -  I called up a lady from the Club . Luck would have it - there was a show on the next day...
I'm sure Betty Robertson regrets the day I EVER called her!!!
My first cavy was Banquo - a Lilac boar who has done more for me in the breeding pen than on the show table, then I settled down to think about what cavies I wanted - I decided to get..

Self Lilacs
These have been my most prolific breeders and I am happy with the stock that I am producing..

Self Chocolates
These are a lovely animal in both appearance and nature (well.. Patrick is the exception...)

Cinnamon Agoutis
Cinnamons have the nicest nature but are hard to breed as this year my mortality rate has been tragically high. In the New year I hope to import some of these beautiful animals from New Zealand to bolster  the lines.

Abysinnians
These are my first love and if you visit the page you'll find why...

Beige
These are actually Robert's (he's my... other half.. Johanne's pushing for future husband here....) pigs.  Ask him about "DA MOOSE".
