After taking a BOB at 15 months, Tucker placed 2nd in a large Open Fawn class at the Seattle ABC Regional. . Unfortunately, right after that, he tore a cruciate ligament. After surgery, his movement was never the same, and he lived out his life as our neutered companion.

AM/CAN/ST/INT CH Copper Hill's Night Storm

Bear is pictured winning Best Veteran at Cook Inlet KC, in August of 2003, handled by his “best girlfriend”, Sue Wyne.

Bear finished his Canadian Championship title in one weekend, breeder/owner/handled in June 1998. Shown exclusively by Sue Wyne, she finished his AKC title with 3 majors in June 1999. Finishing his St/International titles owner/handled in September 1999 was another thrill for us!

CH Copper Hill's Oriental Silk

It was with a sad and heavy heart that I walked my beloved China to the bridge.

The daughter of the late great Am/Can Ch Pinepath's Night Watch A/C SOM and my own Am Ch Copper Hill's Raw Silk, China finished her American championship with two 4- and two 5- point majors, handled by myself and Sue Wyne. She was a delight to show, always willing and happy to be a part of that scene. She went on to produce one Champion daughter and another major pointed one, but most importantly of all, she was a much loved member of my family.

China truly was a gentle spirit, sweet to the core. That sweetness has left an indelible mark upon my heart, and she will be deeply missed by me and my entire family. She spent her final day lavishing kisses upon my grandkids and resting her beautiful dark head in my lap. My arms are very empty today, my heart even moreso.

Rest easy, my beloved girl.
