The Scrapbook
Some people say we look alike, but you can see that's not
true.
Here I am (on the left) approaching
my sister, Eve. She doesn't seem to be in a good mood. Maybe I
shouldn't mention that I finished off the carrot she was saving
for a late night snack.
This is me (Lilith) getting spruced up for my portrait.
Hey! What was that flash! Wait a minute I wasn't ready yet!
Always suspicious, Eve is investigating a scrap
of paper that smells treacherous. She thinks she's part bloodhound.
Today she's hot on the trail of a mysterious manuscript that arrived
in the mail this morning. She's convinced it contains information
vital to the future of rabbits. Mom claims its a textbook about
"psychotherapy" (whatever that is) and has practically
nothing at all to do with bunnies. Eve is not convinced.
Me again, waking up from a pleasant rest.
Me (left) and Eve snuggling. Could we be any cuter!?
Mickey, my new brother who moved in after Eve passed
on to the Rainbow Bridge. Brothers can be soooooo annoying, getting
into your stuff and everything, so don't be deceived by his good
looks.
Don't believe a word Lilith told you! She was a
bad seed who was always chasing me and nipping my nose (and butt).
As you can see, Bailey is a much nicer bunny, and she looks kind
of like me, too (only a shade lighter and a few sizes smaller).
Who invited this white devil into the house? Thank
goodness he has separate quarters, so Bailey and I can live in
peace (except when Moby's throwing one of his wild parties and
trashing the place). Oh, he looks quiet enough here, but wait
till he starts tossing those little plastic chairs around the
room and ripping open his cushions.
