**INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT OUR MEETINGS**
The very best way to obtain information on rose culture is to attend our regular meetings. In this year when disease problems are more difficult than ever, a personal session with one of our Consulting Rosarians can resolve a lot of problems. If you have samples of a damaged leaf or stem, bring it along. Our Consulting Rosarians are there usually 30 minutes before the meeting begins. We are there to help. Come and ask questions!

"HIDA TOOLS and ROSE PRUNING"
by Suzuki and Ken & Judy Jones
A representative from Hida Tools and Hardware Co., Inc. in Berkeley will be here to tell us all about "Getting ready for Cutting and Pruning with the Right Tools".
Hida Tools offers hand tools for gardening, woodworking, and landscaping. They also offer cutlery.
Suzuki will offer a 10% discount on all purchases made that day.
Click HERE for further information on Hida Tools.

Running concurrently with the Hida Tools presentation will be Ken and Judy Jones from the Mount Diablo Rose Society featuring their Rose Pruning talents.
This will be a great team similar to last years program and demonstration.

If you have potted plants that you would like to bring, we can use them as examples. Also, if you are planning to remove bushes, dig them up the day before, hose off the roots and wrap them in moist newspaper. Bring them to the meeting for the pruning demonstration and then we will put them in the drawing for other Rosarians to win and enjoy!
This is one of the most popular programs of the year. Bring anyone who has pruning questions and you will leave this program more confident and ready to prune YOUR Roses.
