DROPDEAD Very well known grindcore band that gives me an ass kicking everytime I listen to them!
BRUTAL TRUTH Another one of my favorite grindcore bands. They just released a new album and it fucking shreds.
MERZBOW Japanese noise - core at it's best.
CROSSED OUT Of all the bands that have come and gone I think Crossed Out is the one that I will miss the most.

LABELS
PESSIMISER One of my favorite labels that have releases by bands like Grief, 16, Excruciating Terror, Divisia, and a bunch more!
SLAP - A - HAM Another label that everyone here should be familiar with. Releases by Spazz, Eye Hate God, 13, Man Is The Bastard, Crossed Out, plus tons more.
SOUND POLLUTION The guy from Hellnation does this label. Good releases by Hellnation, Spazz, and some others.
SIX WEEKS This label has put out some good stuff (Capitalist Casualties, Man Is The Bastard, Slight Slappers, and so on) but also has some records I don't care for too much.
CLEAN PLATE RECORDS Complete hardcore destruction!!! If you don't own at least one record that is on Clean Plate, then you probably don't listen to good music. Records by Damad, Gasp, Enemy Soil, Laceration, Noothgrush, and a whole hell of a lot more.
CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS Emperor, Eye Hate God, Grief, Katatonia, Samael, Rotting Christ, Satyricon, & Moonspell are only a few of the bands that are put out by this label.
CONSUME, BE SILENT, DIE Good distro that carries lots of powerviolence, grindcore, and crust to make us happy
SPINELESS RECORDS Canadian label who releases stuff by Dahmer, Human Greed, and more.
RELAPSE RECORDS One of the best labels running today. Brutal Truth, Mindrot, Soilent Green, Bongzilla, Agoraphobic Nosebleed, & Benumb are only a sampling of the many greats that they have managed to release recordings by.
VACUUM MAILORDER THE mailorder/distribution service for intense music.
EARACHE RECORDS One of the other best labels around. Releases by Anal Cunt, Entombed, Iron Monkey, Brutal Truth, Sleep, At The Gates, and so many more.
