The Tacoma skate park, next to Foss High School and Cheney Stadium, is only fun if you feel like skating an extremely mini mini-ramp. Personally, I had fun on that thing. The mini is 3' high and metal with mellow tansitions to come up nicely onto the coping. The rest of the park sucks though. Kinked banks (worse than SeaTac), funky quarterpipes, a pyramid with no speed lines, and a couple of chopped ledges finish it off. The mini-ramp is metal, so watch out on those hot days. Worth a short stop, don't stay too long though.
