These are just a few photos of us taken in 2000 - for the photos previously on this page (before it was updated on January 3rd 2001) see this page.

We started the year off with a trip on the Audrey (you can read about it here) and then, once the weather improved, we took to the great outdoors for our favourite pastime - eating! This group photo was taken at a barbecue held as a birthday celebration for four of the Rangers.
Hm. Seems we had a bit of a problem with smoke this summer - left, Mik doing the cooking at the birthday barbecue and right, Kay struggling with the cooking fire at camp - it rained a lot but she still managed to keep us well fed!!
We did have sunshine in between the showers and thunderstorms - a general view of the campsite and a closer view of one of the tents (and occupants.)
As usual, food played a major role in a successful camp - the debris left after a meal, just before we set to and tidied up, and "backwoods cooking" in the woods - dampers again!
The end of the year - Dianne (second from left) on an archery leader's course, and in December we went carol singing around the village to raise funds for the unit.
