Something a little trickier this time. From the above tables you have indicated your first, second or third marriage. More often we hear of families that go through several marriages and experiences. Here again we must also indicate from the historical past from where each offspring originates. Were they introduced into the family by birth, marriage, etcetera.
As a method of easy tabulation and brevity a set of numbers for indication of each child's parents, you and spouse are thus:
0 - would indicate you.
1 - would indicate spouse 1.
2 - would indicate spouse 2.
3 - would indicate spouse 3.
4 - would indicate unknown (chosen, step-child & other circumstances)
Enter into table you first (0, zero) as the parent of each child if applicable and the second entry would be your spouse (1,2,3,4).
No entry would be required if the child was introduced to your family as a step-child, etc but your spouse was of course the natural parent.)
