An appreciation was given to Mr. Kenneth E. Kingham, assistant headmaster and dean of students. "Known for his fairness, Mr. Kingham is universally respected for his vast contribution to the school and is respected by all who come in contact with him.
1971
Football team runs it's unbeaten streak to 19 games and wins the Inter-Ac title. Soccer team also wins the Inter-Ac with a 8-0-2 league record; 12-1-3 overall. 1973

New courses are added to the curriculum: 3D design, Music, Computer Science, and Science electives. 1977
1978 An appreciation is given to Larnie Keith for his dedicated service to the school's maintenance department. 1979
Mr. Buckley The new kindergarten is named for Mrs. Winifred Howland, who retired in June.
September 8th, the $750,000 Severinghaus Library is dedicated; Mr. Severinghaus gives the address.

1981
The first floor of Wilson Hall is renovated with a new board room, offices and a classroom. Plans for a new arts center are announced. Projected costs are to be between 2.2 and 2.8 million dollars. 1983

Centennial speakers include Richie Ashburn, Thatcher Longstreth,
and James Carty, M.D.

1986
Biology labs are renovated in Wilson Hall. Mr. Parker Announces his intention to retire in June. He is asked to stay another year to allow more time to search for his successor, and does so. Mr. Cunningham is the new Middle School Head, succeeding Mr. John Albrecht. The Board of Directors announces the selection of Mr. W. Boulton Dixon as the sixth headmaster.
1987
The new gym is named in honor of Mr. Parker. 1988
1989
Crew team captures national title for 25th year in a row.
