| Establishing Ecological Centers in Tehran was
proposed by Dr. Riahi to to the Head Quarter of Healthy City. It was
very intersting for the Authorities and they arranged a meeting to
decide how to go on with this Project. |

| Tehran Healthy City Head Quarter directed by Dr.
Majid Mohtashemi was planning to expand the concept of ecological
activities as a Network of Eco Centers all over Tehran in 500 habitat
zones called "House of Neighborhood" in persian "خانه
محله", see the following letter in two pages, dated March

The project took 2
years studies and group-work by local NGO:s to be established in Southern
Districts of Tehran. After 2 years the Project suddenly stopped by
changing of the Head of Healthy City Headquarter in Tehran |
