Translate QWERTY keyboard strokes to Dvorak at this website I wrote a JavaScript program that translates QWERTY keyboard input into Dvorak. Simply type in the top little box, and your keystrokes appear in the bottom box as if you were typing with a Dvorak Keyboard.
How Do I make my keyboard type like a Dvorak Keyboard This is a page that I put together, that explains, step by step, how to convert your keyboard... whether you are using Windows 95, 3.X, DOS, or a Mac. The best thing about remapping your keyboard is that it is free (and easy to undo)
D.I.Y. Study This is a Do It Yourself Study (hence the name... DIY Study). It uses logic to help explain why the Dvorak Layout is a better. Since you do the Study yourself, you don't have to rely on numbers that some mystery person on the web could have made up.
Free Typing Tutors This is a page that I put together. It is a compilation of all the Dvorak Typing Tutors I could find. The list includes shareware tutors, webpage tutors, java tutors and comercial tutors.
Dvorak vs Qwerty: 100 Most Mistyped Words This page lists the 100 most mistyped words using the Qwerty Layout and the Dvorak Layout. It compares those lists with a list of the 100 most commonly used words while speaking. I don't want to ruin the surprise... but if you go here, you will find out that the list of most mistyped words using the Qwerty Layout contains tons of words that we commonly use... while the Dvorak Layout contains fewer.
