Our first stop out of Puerto Rico was at St. Thomas in the U.S.Virgin Islands. I decided to take a submarine tour of the reef.There's a company operating 20-person submarines out of many of the caribbean islands.They have good windows, are not excessively claustrophobic,and worth the time. Of course, if you're a scuba type it'd be much easier to just dive the reef; the submarine only goes down 100 feet or so.
