My responses to e-mailed questions are accesible from this page, my answers grouped by subject-areas to make them easier to reference. I will add to/amend these headings as appropriate (like when I find time to write them). When I do amend an existing sub-page, I will change its "last update" time as a signal it contains something new.
Generally-speaking, I will respond to all questions asked, even if it's only to say "Sorry, I can't talk about that". Please be patient though. If an answer to your point doesn't pop up right away, it doesn't mean I've forgotten it, just that I've been busy. Please note though - as I explain on the first sub-page listed below - there are aspects of the business on which I will have to remain coy.
Two final things.
Some inquiries I receive are of a clearly personal nature; the questions they pose are ones of individual rather than general concern. I may or may not respond to these: I will judge each such case separately. (Hint: a politely-posed inquiry goes a long way.) If I do respond though, it will be to the individual who e-mailed rather than through these pages.
Unless someone deliberately and explictly tells me to go ahead and refer to them by their name and/or e-mail address, I will automatically assume you do not want either published. If there is one thing someone from my former profession understands it is discretion. You can rest assured that your anonymity is safe with me.
