Page Charmer

Version 1.5

Page Charmer is a Java applet library containing script for creating marquees, tickers, buttons and image maps. The Appletset’r technology allows you to create customized interactive sites without the knowledge of HTML or Java. You can work in your browser and then paste the script into your HTML document. Your CD bookmarks your online information file. You are given instructions on line for uploading to your site with a file marked "Upload to your web site." It sets up the class files for you and gives instructions on loading your own customized images and sounds, if you prefer. It is compatible with most editors such as Microsoft FrontPage, Adobe PageMill, Claris HomePage, Net Objects Fusion, etc., or in a word processor. It explains how to substitute images for those browsers not Java supportive so as not to have a blank on your page. I had the program loaded and a ticker created in less than an hour and ready for my site. Very easy to use with click and create instructions.

         LiveT-Marque - theatre style with many different messages, color, speed and directional effects controls - small files (CAB 6.8 K)

Scrolling Tickers

          LiveT-Ticker - scrolling text, attention attracting to an important message - small files (CAB 3.2 K) loading in 1.1 seconds

          LiveG- Ticker - graphic message of any length - small files (CAB 3.7 K)

Image Maps
