Gun Control

Americans have had the right to own and use firearms for as long as we have been Americans. This right has always included handguns as well as rifles and shotguns. We have always been free to choose for ourselves the types of firearms we prefer, and the number of firearms we are comfortable with. The original intent of the second amendment had nothing at all to do with hunting or sport shooting. Hunting was the only means of acquiring meat for food, and therefore was a "GIVEN". Meat processing plants and Supermarkets did not appear on the scene until some time later. But then you don't need me to tell you that. The original purpose of the "RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS" was to ensure that we as freedom loving Citizens would have the ability to protect & defend ourselves from a repressive Government such as the British Government had been.The founding Fathers were quite familiar with the workings of a Totalitarian Government.

If you believe that a total weapons ban is the best thing for America, then just look at the MURDERS of the eighty-some-odd people at Mount Carmel in Wako Texas. We can also look at the useless MURDER of Vicky Weaver, her child and even the family dog at Ruby Ridge Idaho. Even if Rodney King was unruly and hard to get along with, did that give the Police officers the right  to vent their frustrations out on him? If we allow the Federal Government to eventually come to the point when they will confiscate privately owned firearms we will be opening ourselves up for the same treatment that Nazi Germany gave the Jewish people during W.W.II. Adolph Hitler's 1938 gun laws look remarkably like our current gun control measures. If you would say to me that it can't happen in America, let me remind you that in 1913 when Federal Government was allowed to implement the Federal Income tax, it was supposed to be only 1% of anything over the first $ 4,000, and was supposed to have been repealed at the end of W.W.I Look at it now. The IRS is the most hated and feared of all Government agencies. 99% of IRS tactics and enforcement procedures are based on nothing but fear and intimidation, and yet we allow it to go on. So I say we get what we deserve. If we allow the Fed to regulate, register, and eventually confiscate our firearms then we deserve the same treatment that the Jewish People received During the holocaust.  I would bet my last dollar that it will be exactly what we get if & when we let them take our guns.

The United Nations

America has always been the strongest nation on earth. We have always had the ability to defend ourselves. We have always been able to conduct our own business affairs, and we were until recently the most respected nation in the world. Do we really need the United Nations trying to control anything that America or Americans do? Do we need our service people being placed under U.N. control as United Nations rent-a-robots? It is my belief that the United Nations intends to become the government for the entire planet. I can only imagine how repressive a government of that magnitude would have the potential to become. Any thoughts on this matter?

I heard it stated by at least three of our most recent Presidents that America must be placed on a level playing field with the rest of the world" as it pertains to things like the global economy, international trade and the standard of living of the American people compared to the standard of living of the rest of the worlds population. This brought to mind a thought. First I had to ask a question. "Where has America always been in the above mentioned areas? The only answer I could come up with was "Way above the rest of the world" How then is it possible to put us on the same level as the rest of the world? The only answer that comes to my mind is that we must be brought down from where we are now, and have been throughout our history. No mention was made of bringing the rest of the world up to our level. What do you think?

The Infernal Revenue Service

In 1913 the Federal Government was allowed to impliment the Federal income Tax system. As I understand it from what I have read, it was supposed to be 1% of anything earned above the first $4,000. The American people were led to believe that it would be repealed at the end of WW.I. Well guess what.

Waco Texas & the "Branch Dividians:

This is one that angers me to this day, and none of our "PUBLIC SERVANTS" have had the Testicles to do a stinking thing about it. David Koresh could have been apprehended at any time on many different occasions without incident. But our Attorney General in all her infinite "MACHO" chose to send in an armed military style force, and systematically exterminate the whole group. All 83 men, women and children.Where was the Clinton Administration's concern for the welfare of the "Children" then? The fact that those people had privately owned weapons is the only thing that kept them alive for the 51 days of "Reno's Rampage" otherwise they would have been murdered the very first afternoon.And if Janet Reno is to take full responsibility as she said she is, then why is she not in prison for murder and conspiracy to commit murder???
