A Carousel of Characters!



Ardent Harbor is noticeable in it's lack of regular servants or staff. Those hoping for Boggans attending their every need, or Troll guards at every entry that point out directions even as they protect are bound for a world of disappointment. The Dreamers, and Kinain, even when enchanted, are not to be ordered about either. They too are guests here.

Some of the figures one might meet in or about the Freehold are:

	Viscount Jude The Lord of the Hold himself is often to be found musing, either with some Enchanted in Ardent Harbor itself, or about in the City of Monterey.
	Taelara A true lioness of House Fiona, Taelara now roams Ardent Harbor, and the rest of Monterey with alert ice green eyes, and her own code of justice. She has been many things to Jude, friend, Champion, lady love, but recently she has become Viscountess, Jude's wife, and Co-ruler.
*	Edward "I am inspiration" He is known to have said. Edward's kith is not known to most fae, even when they gaze upon him. Of course, that's because he is not Kithain, but one of the Adhene. He has been granted sanctuary here, but the wisdom (or lack of it) of this choice has yet to be shown.
	Morgan Morgan is but one of the Selkie that frequent Selkie Rock, but is the more often seen on or near the shore of Ardent Harbor than many of his kin. For when 'out of his skin' he is an artist, seeking to trap sea scapes in paints and sketch. Obviously the spray on the rock precludes keeping his work dry.
	Eden With a dedication that would make most trolls impressed, and a warrior spirit that belies her Eiluned colors, this Satyress was the first to swear fealty to Viscount and Viscountess both. Yet perhaps her House is well chosen after all, few know her secret pains.
	Dick Jensen Understandably, he prefers to be called "D.J.", Dick is a Dreamer and is frequently seen enchanted. With a talent for musical improv, and a sweet voice of great range, D.J's greatest flaw seems to be the inability to resist joining in when he hears a Solo.
	Briar Briar is an odd duck, and not just because she has one as a pet. She is fascinated by fairy tales and myths, holding them in higher regard than the things most people find important. Though simply kinain, her mannerisms are more fae and ethereal than many of the changelings one sees.
	Lady Emilita This young falcon is of quirky humor compared to many of her House, though no less dedicated. The raven haired knight has already fought to defend some of the residents of Ardent Harbor. While she often goes where she wills, and owes Jude no obedience save when in his Hold; Emilita seems to have made Ardent Harbor her home.
	Faith Silver Faith Silver is another of the Selkie, but not of Selkie Rock. She has already been of great help. Her talents have been recognized, and she may well be the only Bardadour in all Pacifica.
	Aldrick Aldrick is currently the only Grump of Ardent Harbor, and the term is said to apply to more than his Seeming. Despite this, and his Unseelie nature, he has become the acting Soothsayer of Ardent Harbor.
	Carousel Horses The chimerical steeds themselves take refuge within the wooden horses, when they aren't running and playing about the rest of Ardent Harbor, which is often. Some often forget these creatures are more than just for decoration, but the trampled remains of a would be Ravager (Jude has taught them well it seems) rectify that when the need arises.
