      Download "STEEL-QB45.zip" to your DeskTop and uncompress
the file using WINZIP or CAM UnZip program.
Put the program, (Steel.exe), in a Folder of your choice,
such as "C:\Steel Detailers Helper".
Place the shortcut to "Steel.exe" on the Desktop.

      Please don't forget that you must have an unzipping program
installed on your Computer in order to uncompress this File.
