Goals

 
My goals are twofold: 
  • Management : I would like to be a IT project manager in about 3-5 years time.   To accomplish this, I believe that I need to work in an organization where I can grow and receive continued mentorship.  For this reason, I want my next job to be very long-term.
  • Technical:  The most influential managers in my work experience have had a solid technical background, and it's perhaps for this reason that I find a need to broaden my technical skills.  I believe that I have a very solid foundation.
    •

    The roles that I am currently most comfortable taking on are Web Developer, Project Manager, System Analyst, IT Consultant, Technical Specialist, and IT Engineer
