Jeeps is a management consultant with over six years experience in business analysis, strategic thinking, and technical strategy. He has proven experience in a wide range of subjects such as emerging technology strategy, eBusiness, strategic partnerships, mobile services, and knowledge management – many of which were emergent at the time.
Jeeps has acquired a thorough grasp of the range of issues from business strategy through to technical implementation and its impact on people and processes. He has also extended his skill set to incorporate technical consultancy and knowledge of marketing. Jeeps has well-developed consulting skills, and the vast majority of his work has been on a European or global basis.

Public Sector – Education
Part of 100 person task force implementing new government initiatives in 23,000+ schools nationwide using change agent approach and network strategies to build capacity and capability in the system and support schools to deliver locally-led solutions meeting local needs. This work has driven benefits in children’s outcomes and school workforce modernisation.
Jeeps works within a team ensuring the changes programmes are delivered successfully. It requires close engagement with local authorities and the wider public sector including government departments, trade unions, charities and other government agencies. A key responsibility is the development and implementation of performance management frameworks for multi-year programmes, including evidencing the delivery of programme outcomes.
Other responsibilities include data analysis, challenge and support to internal teams and local authorities, and reporting to stakeholders (such as parliament, ministers, and DCSF).
Jeeps was also seconded to the Strategy directorate for seven months.
2003 – 2004 Phase 4 Communications, Munich
Large Financial Services Provider (Allianz)
Jeeps led the functional analysis phase of the online global “Product Finder” covering all the companies in the group. He worked with the client and several other consultancies to ensure synchronisation with the strategic concept, branding, and technical implementation.
Large Automotive Company (BMW)
Jeeps analysed how the client’s brand could be developed using selected cutting edge technologies. These technologies would be deployed in partnership with several world-leading companies, and required deep understanding of how these companies could work together for mutual benefit.

Professional Services Company (Unilog)
Techno Watch is a centralised function in Unilog which “senses and explores” new technologies and new software solutions that may provide future sources of revenue. Jeeps helped to set up this function with a senior manager, including:
· The creation of a process for capturing, organising, sharing, and applying knowledge, as well as engaging and managing potential partners
· Research into several subjects including web services, service-oriented architecture, grid computing, UML, ebXML, and business process modelling
Jeeps also worked closely with different business units in Unilog to help them to understand if and how they could these new technologies.
Professional Services Company (Unilog)
The objective was to be innovative by bringing emerging IT solutions in the US over to Europe assisted by American partners. Jeeps’s deliverables included:
· Research and selection of key US e-business trends relevant to Unilog
· Identification of leading and emerging companies within these trends
· In-depth analysis (technical and business) of potential partners and their products, including face-to-face interviews with executives
· Recommendation of which companies Unilog should partner with
Consumer Services Organisation (Mongrel)
A cornerstone of the client’s proposition was to provide partner-enabled services across multiple channels, including a magazine, a web site, a wireless internet site, and a call centre. Jeeps supported partner negotiations and created a process for partner integration. He oversaw the integration of several partners.
Large Petrochemical Company (Shell)
Jeeps assisted the client in entering the emerging global mobile services market by testing the feasibility of a wireless Internet offering for a pan-European journey planning web site. Jeeps developed specifications for the 1st and 2nd releases, and was involved with the marketing aspects (e.g. consumer research, branding propositions). He evaluated potential partners for a related innovative wireless application - this was the first travel application of its kind globally.
1997 - 1999 Arthur Andersen Business Consulting

Jeeps created and maintained a knowledge management infrastructure over Europe, Middle East, India and Africa for 2 IT practices. Responsibilities required teamwork across all parts of Arthur Andersen in the UK and globally.
