The four wires on the circuit board are connected to the switches described in the mod.
(NOTE: On the new radios that are made in Malaysia the PLL will say 'Ranger RCI 8719' and there will be a small blue capacitor on the bottom of the chip going from pin 9 to ground. Do not remove this cap.
