Caveat: This list is only a partial, there are plenty more lovely people linked to in the other sections, too.

- Minnesota Extension Service, University of Minnesota
- At last visit, the MES (Minnesota Extension Service) was featuring data on the spring floods in Minnesota (and North Dakota, too). I know it is a little late, but I found the temperature and precipitation maps of Minnesota interesting. There is a lot of data here!
- KBEM radio
- KBEM radio is only the most complete collection of jazz cd's in the U.S. And it is located in a high school!
- Background Color Values
- A list of color names with hex values, linked so that you can view that color as a background.
- PBS
- Not exactly education, but close enough for my standards.
- The Teamsters
- You can read any article they have printed in the last year. But the main reason for this link is their newest addition: SEND AN EMAIL TO CONGRESS. Simply enter your zip code, which returns a list of Senators and Representatives. Check which ones you want to write, compose your message, and send it off.
- The online magazine.
- I went there a lot when I first got on the net. Go here to learn.
- American Civil Liberties Union.
- Not a 'zine in the strict sense, but it is an information site, to find out what they are about.
- Eurekalert.
- Find out the newest scientific discoveries. Updated weekly.
- Online Gaming Review.
- A boring name for an exciting place when you are in a gaming mood.
- Pioneer Press
- A local newspaper. I find out a lot about fun places and informative places to visit from my favorite newspaper. You can visit them and get more information than I am willing to type.
- City Pages Alternative Newspaper .
- Recently an alternative radio station (REV105) and an alternative newpaper (Twin Cities Reader), were bought up and closed down. It is in my interests to support what little alternative we have left. That is not to say this is a little paper, but to say we have fewer alternatives, now. This paper, too, was recently purchased by a large national company. They need our support to keep them from changing into something undesireable.

- Some Dreams (and a rant) .
- There is not a link from the back pages of this web site to the front, but if you are determined, you can get there. Writers are a hoot! I liked his dreams, and I liked his rant. See my rant, too!

- DREAMS.
- Although this site is not being maintained, there are 40MB of dreams and interpretations of dreams from March of 1996 and earlier. Also you can backtrack and visit raj's dated but entertaining website. You know, if you visit enough of these educational sites, you get the idea that going to college is fun. You would be mostly right.
- Ultimate Dreams Links Page .
- The webmaster of this page has set out to provide links to all pages on the web that mention dreams. We can at least "hit him" for that.

- Matt's script Archive.
- If Geocities allowed scripts, I would probably use Matt's. I have never heard a complaint about their guestbook scripts.
- Rose's Software
- Rose's Software Archive. I was there, many times. I want to go back. It is awesome. And I want to download canasta for windows.
- Awaken.
- The link is to another link page, but it is in frames, so the whole works is available to you from there. Before you get into the links, explore the rest of the site. This idea is so revolutionary, I did not know whether to put it in education, beautiful people, or here. Voilà!
- CompareNet
- Compare Net helps you select what models of products to shop for, after you fill out a form indicating what features of the product you're interested in are essential. Then you can compare the models side by side.
- Tips for windows 95
- For those who are never satisfied, and want to make it better.
- Lonezone
- Lonezone, a collection of weird stuff. For example, books about freemasons, products to enhance your lucid dreaming, and Star Trek stuff.
- Conk.
- Tools for goofing off. Freeware. Jokes.
- Don't Go Here.
- Looks like a music link, but it is not. There used to be a neat java program running on this page. Now it is just some links to a company we do not care about. Do not waste your time with this one. I hate when commercial interests ruin the fun. Instead, go surfing the internet.

This is where I give credit to all those who supplied backgrounds for my web pages. Thank you, contributors.
- Frost's Pages.
- Wait a short while for the page to load. It is worth it. Phew! Catch your breath before you go to the next page. Good midis good backgrounds good animation gifs all for the price of a clik.

- J Tolson at SFSU
- Ford Prefect
- With a nod to Rose (see below) for her link there.
- Utterly Novel
- Original Background Designs. Very good stuff. Stormi (this link) designed the background on one (or more) of these pages. Of course, it was prettier before I started fooling with the colors.
- Rose's Background Links.
- Lots of links to lots of background collections. On my last visit, there was a script reader that would read the jpg or gif files on your computer and tile them for you, so you could see how they looked. But it did not work for me.
- Julia
- Julia's, 'I am curious, rainbow'.
- Patternland
- Patternland.
- Web graphics and sounds .
- A few good backgrounds, that seem kind of deep space related to my eyes, but judge for yourself. A true surfer will be reading this even though they have all the backgrounds they already need, and will take this link to discover new sounds and maybe end up back in geocities looking at some Australian Folk Art.
- Pegasus.
- Over 90 backgrounds, nice midi music, romantic poetry, a good surf all around. Oh, yeah, I think there was some CHAT possibilities, too.
- Background Credit
- Backgrounds, honey.
- Eric's Hot Page .
- Backgrounds, icons, and bars, too. The unique thing, for me, is that he spelled out (on his FAQ page) how to put a midi on your web site.
- Infinite Fish.
- As the web gets used more and more, stuff gets more sophisticated. You can almost see the development as you look at over 110 backgrounds from older to newer. I grabbed a few and put them on some of these pages.
- Background Binh
- Here's a wild and crazy guy..., with some backgrounds.
