I love, absolutely love, autumn. The colors are so much more vivid than anything that Spring or Summer has to offer. I took these photos one weekend early in October.
 

Looking up into this tree reminded me of looking at a stained-glass window.
 
 

The red of this tree against the blue of the lake was  enough to take my breath away.
 
 

This is a lake near my home. It has the most exquisitely colored water I have ever seen...
sort of a Caribbean blue.
 
 

I saw this angel as I was walking through the woods.

I was glad to see that the animals had someone to watch over them.
