I'm just going to mention that I had play auditions today. I think I mentioned this before a few days ago- well, I did pretty good for me, anyway. I didn't have anything prepared (no time with all the relatives around), so I just went off on the wedding. First audition went fabulous, I think they liked me. Second one the guy tried, but I don't think I'll get in (I kinda stunk when it came to actual acting). Third one- fine, but nope. I didn't figure that girl would care for me anyway. Callbacks are Wednesday, so we'll see. Also that's the first meeting of English club . . . wonder what'll happen then.I went around trying to change my major . . . I'd like to know why every single department is located on the dead opposite side of campus from each other. And I got really bummed when the English counselor said, "You're leaving us???" I got all sad about it and said, "But I wanna come back!" I still didn't get the form turned in- took me an hour to get all the forms, and the office closed by the time I got back. Sheesh. And today was boilin' hot- which normally I like, but not when I'm repeatedly hiking across the school! (Lots of bugs out today too, yikes!)
Also went to my workshop meeting, which was fun. I did a lot of pumping people who had taken advanced writing for info (you have to get accepted in, they only accept 15 . . . pain in the ass, IMO) I may try for next year- the teacher who's into details, magic weirdness, and imagery (none of which are even remotely my strong suits) that normally does it is taking the year off =) The more I hear about her the more I suspect we're not simpatico, you know?
Well, I have got to go study psych. But one more note . . . about the preview for next week's Caroline in the City- I TOLD YOU SHE WAS HAVING AN AFFAIR!!!!!!!! (If she doesn't want Richard, I'll take him! Mmm-hmm!)
