Due to the overwhelming response from the new LDS search engine, I felt that I needed to add this disclaimer just to clarify a few things. If you have been sent to this page looking for your family name, it does not necessarily mean that it is on here. For example, if you are looking for a Wilson the search engine will send you here. It does not mean that your Wilson ancestor will be found here. Take a look to see though because sometimes it just might work out that we share the same ancestor.

I have set up this site by geographical location so you can see what areas my families lived in. If you are looking for a Wilson in Iowa, then you know you won't find him here because I don't have anyone in Iowa. Good luck in your search.

It is a very interesting family as all families are. We are descended from Quakers, Palatines, United Empire Loyalists and American Revolutionary soldiers. We have English, Irish, Scottish, German,and Ukrainian roots.

What I have attempted to do is to create Researchers pages for each of my family names. These pages include the lines that each researcher is researching along with their email addresses. As time allows, I will also be creating pages for each of these family names that include more detailed information and pictures. For now, I have only been able to do this with the Uttley family of Waterloo County, Ontario.

If you enjoy these pages, please let me know. I would love to hear from you, especially if you connect to any of the families that are shown here. If we can combine our efforts, the job will be that much easier.
