Here are some other pages about bubbles, gum,
and bubble gum!
Bubble Gum / Bubble Blowing
The
Giant Gum Bubble Page
You don't want to miss this one if you like blowing
HUGE bubbles. Tips and gum recommendations, as well as some pictures
not featured here.
Linny's
Long Nails
I know, the title may throw you off. But
Linny's a good friend (and fantastic bubble blower) who also happens to
have very long nails which she paints many different colors. Her
husband introduced her to blowing bubbles!
Bubble
Gum
Another page if you like to see pictures.
Slehn, owner of the page, posts new pictures fairly often.
Bubble
Gum is Great!!!
Another page, with a guestbook to sign.
Ms.
Demeanor's Bubble Gum Page
Lots of fun facts, and a few pictures too!
Mr.
Stupid's Bubble Gum Alley
A newer page, with some stories and a guestbook
but no pictures, at least yet.
Company Websites
Life Savers Candystand
Life Savers, the makers of Bubble
Yum. They have a page featuring kids blowing big bubbles with
Bubble Yum here,
and have recently announced the Bubble Yum Blow Out, a bubble gum blowing
contest to be conducted at baseball games across the country starting with
the All-Star game in July! Make sure you send
them mail telling them to put up plenty of pictures of this!
Amurol
Confections, Inc.
Makers of Bubble Tape, they also have a page
featuring kids blowing bubbles here.
Amurol also makes Freshen-Up, far and away the best bubble gum for blowing
bubbles. Unfortunately there is no mention of Freshen-Up on their
web site, and it's not available in all areas. (I don't know where
it is or is not available, so please don't ask!)
Bazooka
Perhaps the most famous bubble gum ever made,
it's too bad that Topps' site doesn't have more to chew on.
Warner-Lambert
Makers of Bubblicious. A very poor quality
site, but a pretty decent gum, so they couldn't be left off the list, I
suppose.
Jungle
Gum Company
Makers of "real" gum (with real chicle?)
Collectors of Gum and Gum Wrappers
My.Gum.World
A collector of gum and gum wrappers. Lots
of links to other "official" (i.e. company) sites.
Joy's
Chewing and Bubble Gum Collection
Joy Collier's incredible collection of gum wrappers.
Sadly, Joy died in 1996 but her collection lives on on the World Wide Web!
