Yes, well and I became Weirdo at about week one in university when I discovered the wonderful world of VAX and computer networks with thrilling stuff such as phone, mail, DCL, tetris, news, wow! And more recently called Fiocco cause Lena from Medievia wasn't terribly gone on some knight-type person being called Weirdo. Right too I spose.
  • Now working on a few things: Y2K in S3, S3 internet group, Quality and other script fixer/maker/hacker (perl & shell-scripting), more .... planning OMC2000 project work for Lucent (CMISE Agent on OMC for NMC interaction).
  • WAS Working on defining CMISE information model for Lucent W1T/WADM/cpemux.
  • WAS Working on NEM Interface definition, AgentTester stuff and Protection Fragment for NG48 CMISE EIP package.
  • WAS Working for a long while on Philips/Lucent embedded software for GSM base-stations and the like.
  • 24 and a teeny bit years old. Born 23 June 1973 in Cobh, Éire. Grew up in Cobh, Bailemacseainruaidh, or Ashgrove. School in Walterstown NS and Colaiste Muire.

  • Daire arrived 31 January 1998. Pretty cool guy now - (9+months) just kicking and starting to crawl - hasn't withe figured out yet the bit where it gets easier ewhen he lifts his chest off the floor.

Well recently we've been following Fionnuala's books, alot of newish Irish authors. Pretty good stuff. Like Sci-Fi, Fantasy, fiction, must add a bit of a booklist at some stage, mustn't I?
  • Origami um ... apprentice? I quite like simple stuff, modular stuff and don't really appreciate flimsy complicated stuff, but some of it's quite excellent. Greatest origami achievement so far is probably managing the Kaw(sp?)asaki rose. However we've no time for the last while :( So my origami-ing is suffering. Ahhh well.
  • Yo-Yo, Blading (just starting), Sailing (Cobh Sea-Scouts), Windsurfing (again just starting), Kite-ing (a bit), Hiking/Outdoor (when living close to nice mountains.
  • Science - micro machines, messing with genes, science-fiction, DANgerOuS things? DNA Computers.
  • Electronic and other poets. Noseguy, if anyone knows how to mix him into Solaris then please do drop us a line. oops - figured that out - now I want to mix him into Windows (bleugh ). Bits in bytes on chips in box. Attempting now to twang sounds with guitar, music IS scientific!

  • Just found out who ¹õß·¡¡ÌÀ (Akira Kurosawa) and »°Á¥¡¡ÉÒϺ (Toshiro Mifune) are - cool! Watched their films when my leg was broken and they're excellent. Film, music, Leabhair
  • Kitchen experiments, sometimes dangerous, othertimes in danger themselves. Tiramisu, Carbonara, Chillies. Dedicated researcher of benign kitchen life, expert especially in the area of fridge and fridge proximate life.
