The James Brown Horn Section..what more needs to be said! One of my favorite recording sessions ever.

Johnny is based in New Orleans and the influences of the south shine through on this record. Good songs, great harp and excellent vocals make this a winner!

Dru Lombar and the gang come to your house!! Are you having a house party? This is the music for it!

Jazz great Nat Adderly and "Jukin'" star Noble Watts renew an old friendship on this fine instrumental CD.

This is our first release on James who's live peformances in Florida are legendary. Features his son Lucky Peterson on keyboards.

This New York native plays in the old "Excello" style..I didn't know there where swamps in NY. Traditional blues with Joe's unique sound.

A great CD by Floyd that features the "King Snake" studio band. Gregg Allman and Dicky Betts are featured guests.

This is the CD that landed Saffire their contract at Alligator Records. Produced and recorded at "King Snake" in Florida, it soon made its way to Chicago where Bruce Iglauer signed them and has produced many records for them over the last 8 years.

From Hendrix to Stevie Ray this young guitarist from Baton Rouge has all the licks. Nice originals and a silky smooth voice make this a strong debut!

Another great collection of Alligator artists. Kenny Neal, Lucky Peterson and Saffire are featured on this one.
