3 fave TSD songs: 1) Would have to be Hum. It's a completely raw song....blows the doors off the place every time. Plus, it's the one that got me into the band. I heard the song ONCE on the radio and decided I wanted to hear more. It took me a while to find the CD, but once I did find it and listen to it, I was hooked. I won't loan it out just yet. I drive home from work thinking
"I can't wait to listen to the Sheila Divine." 2) Opportune Moment...it's emotionally powerful. 3) Like a Criminal (this part of the profile was hardest to
fill out by the way and is subject to change if that's ok with you.)
How I first heard of TSD: see above!
Live TSD Concert Experience: None yet...waiting for a Poughkeepsie appearance.

3 fave TSD songs: #1- New Parade #2- i'm a believer #3- O, Holy Night(It's amazing how every song TSD covers still sounds like an amazing TSD song. Anyone heard snoop's "gin and juice" yet?
How I first heard of TSD: somehow i missed their second show ever(with tugboat annie at Nietzsche's). i'll never forgive myself. But my friends that did see the show told me they were amazing! Next time tugboat came to buffalo, The sheila's were with em again and i was sure to be there. I was actually waiting outside the door before the concert started and was one of the first people into Nietzsche's. I headed right for the back of the place by the stage. That's when i ran into Jim, the bass player. He told me he was the manager of one of the bands and was talking to me with a real pompous fake British accent! I started telling him how this "sheila divine " band was
supposed to rock the house, then he finally came clean. I chatted with the guys all night about pixies, radiohead, boston music, etc.
Live TSD Concert Experience: so anyway, the sheilas finally hit the stage dressed in three piece suits. aaron was wearing lipstick(what a cool guy!) They really blew my mind! memories that stick out- modern log, Eleanor Rigby, Every song ended REAL HEAVY, the old version of "LIKE A CRIMINAL" especially. Havent missed a show since!

3 fave TSD songs: 1)I'm a Believer: Not only do the lyrics slay me, but I love Aaron's voice here. Instrumentals are quite sexy too. 2)Hum: Because it gives the much needed kick-to-the-groin that the KROQ mentality has needed for a very long time. Both in the music and lyrics. 3)Opportune Moment: Not only can I relate, but the Heavyweight sounds like a lost puppydog here. I have a lost puppydog fetish. Aww.
Fave TSD Member: I don't play favourites, dammitt. I imagine Shawn would look nice in a kilt though. Aaron in suspenders....Gilbert in an evening gown. Tasty.
Live TSD Concert Experience: Two nights in September at the Troubadour in LA. It was spectacular; I got a drumstick from Shawn which was promptly swiped by some chick (You owe me another one, Shawn. Dammitt.) and I discussed soap operas with Aaron, and Jim was making 'bass-player' faces, and fun was had by all.

3 fave TSD songs: Awful Age, Hum, Magic Kids
How I heard the good word: I heard hum on FNX and bought the CD, that's that.
Live TSD Concert Experience: I almost fainted once seeing Aaron Perrino do a solo at TT's... But despite this I try and catch them whenever they are in the area because it is a great show!

How I heard of TSD & Live Concert Experience (wrapped into one!): yeah actually i have seen them twice. i saw them first on a whim back last february. some guy told me how to go to a tugboat annie show last fall, and the sheilas were opening, but i couldn't go cause i didn't have a ride. (!!!) but he raved about them. so when they came back in feb. i begged my dad to drive me and my non-driving friends (yes i already know how cool i am). there were like 30 people, at the most, at the show. the guys felt kind of bad, but they still played amazing!!! i didn't know much about them till that nite, and then i purchased their EP which is still amazing. that was probably one of the coolest concerts to date. i had a
few good conversations w/aaron. he is so rad, he even offered us a ride home!! i chatted w/the other guys for a while too. i almost fell over when shawn introduced himself to me, he is so gorgeous!!
anyways, i also saw them in july and chatted w/aaron and jim. aaron was like "hey you're bridget, but you're hair is shorter" i couldn't believe he remembered!!
Anything else? i also street team for roadrunner, just to help the guys out. and they are actually coming back to my shitty town in december, yeah!!!

3 fave TSD songs: (In no particular order): Hum, Opportune Moment, Like A Criminal.
How I heard of TSD & Live Concert Experience: I just recently learned of TSD. Someone briefly mentioned their name to me and when the opportunity came for me to go see them, I did. I caught the Hatch Shell show in which they opened for Catherine Wheel. I instantly adopted this band's sound and style. It was exciting seeing such die-hard fans in the audience body-rocking and screaming. New Parade is permanently in my CD player.

3 fave TSD songs: Opportune Moment (heartbreakingly beautiful) Hum and Spacemilk (love the bassline, and acoustic guitar in this one) Though, my favorites change every time I listen.
First Live TSD experience/How I heard of them:Sometime last winter, at AS220 in Providence, RI. (I can't remember the exact date!) But they were amazing! It's a small place, so it was a very intimate setting. I was really impressed! That was the first time I remember hearing them. I had to tell Aaron how wonderful I thought they were. I have missed seeing them several times since, for various reasons (though I think I spotted Aaron at the Varnaline show later
that spring). I am going to see them at least twice this December (I am determined!!!!), maybe even the third show in Worcester! For anyone who hasn't seen them, you're going to love them even more when you do!!!!!!
PS: (If anyone hasn't heard The Gravel Pit, definitely look into
them, they are a fabulous Boston band!!!!!)

3 fave TSD songs: I'm A Believer, Like A Criminal, Automatic Buffalo
How I heard of TSD: They opened for Tugboat Annie and was hooked after that.
Live TSD Concert Experience: Every time I've seen the guys they've been great, it's always a great experience just being at the show and showing support by buying
them a beer or two. :)
Anything else? We're all doomed.. it comes down to two words - Ricky Martin.

3 fave TSD songs: Spacemilk, Automatic Buffalo, and Hum
How I heard of TSD: I heard TSD on WFNX and picked up their cd at Newbury Comics a while ago.
Live TSD Concert Experience: I saw them do a Mikey Dee show at the Kendall Cafe, acoustic, and then a week or two later at TT the Bear's. Perhaps one of the most intense and involving live bands I've seen. Aaron is a well deserved recipient of Boston's Best Male Vocalist, indie or not. Everyone in the band seems to have a great time playing live and I loved
their cover of Eleanor Rigby.
