I am home! I got up at 5:30 FL time and drove allllll day (stoped at Graceland) and landed at 1:00 am Mo time. Hey everyone (all 2 of you, Mom and Dad), I plan on scanning my pictures and putting some of them on here soon so check back in about a week. I hope to have some stuff done by then. I am now back at school, everything is well...The same...So I will talk to everyone later.

Tuesday, 5/18/99. I am getting ready to go. I have a couple of finals left, then I am going to see Star Wars with my mom on Thursday. Then well, Saturday I am heading to Mickey Land. I am kind of nervous/excited/and looking forward to it, all at the same time. It will definatly be an experience. I have to check in the Vista Way apartments at noon on Monday the 24th. So that is about it for now. I just need to get packed now...grrr...

Friday 5/21/99. Well I leave in the morning. I guess I am all packed, you never know what you will need until you get there and realize you forgot it. I really don't care much for packing anyways. I saw Star Wars last night. I really enjoyed it. It was such an experience. The visualization was superb! Anyways, go see it. So this is my last update from the home land. Now I will boldly go where millions of men, women and children have gone before, DISNEY WORLD! So I hope you will all here from me soon. I would like to update this as soon as I can, so please check back when you can! Thanks! Valdosta, GA the first night. (did I spell that right?) Then the next day I made it to Orlando. I had a lot of time to kill that day so I went to the Kennedy Space Station. Then I went to the beach. The space station was really cool, but I didn't get to do the entire tour. There is a launch this Thursday, and there is talk that we will get to go to one of them. Not this one, but one soon. That will be really cool. I am using my roommate's computers, so I need to make this as short as I can for now...So the day after the beach was check in day. I made it here fine, after a little research. Then went through the process. It was really fast. Then got to the apartment, unloaded all my junk then went to a meeting. Nothing big. Then that night I went over to MGM for a while. (You know, cause I get in free!!) So I went to Star Tours, (Pretty cool, but where the new Star Wars stuff?) then I went to the Tower of Terror. That is SOO COOL! Then well, I rode it again. Then Ted and I went looking for Wal Mart and ended up at Down Town Disney. It was soo cool! The Planet Hollywood is a HUGE globe you go inside, and there is a HUGE Virgin Megastore. Billy come and visit! Then we made it to a Wal-Mart that Sam Walton would be ashamed of. Then home. So that was all. (leaving out some stuff, but will try to add more when I have time..Sorry!) So then today, we had a meeting, then Ted and I went to Animal Kingdom. The Count down to Extinction ride was really cool. I was getting scared, no wonder that kid was crying before!! We looked at some tigers and bats, and watched the Bug's Life 3D show. That was neat. Who would win, a Gator or a Tiger?? Rode some water ride that kinda stunk for the 40 mins we waited. Buring up no less. Then I had to get to a meeting. SO did that, then went back to look at a Star Wars store that was closed the night before at Downtown Disney. Then we went to Epcot to watch the Fireworks, and then walked around it once. The parks are so much neater at night..Then we came back and swam at one of the pools here. Well that is basically it so far. I am going to be driving trams I think at Epcot. I go in to find everything out Friday. Then Thursday I am taking the tour of all the parks. Well the topic of living..My roommates are really cool. I am in a no alcohol no smoking apartment which helps a lot! So they are cool. One guy is sick, I have seen him once..There are parties everywhere around here, especially across the hall. But not tonight. YEAH! So one of my roommates is from Purto Rico. Well I need to go, but keep checking in. Thanks and let me hear from you...BYE..For now anyways..Craig.

Thursday June 3!! Well here is my second entry. I have to type quick because I can only be on this Disney computer for 30 mins. Well a lot has happened since I last typed on here. I have been going to all of the parks a lot. Mainly EPCOT since I work here and it is cool, and easy to get to. I really dislike Magic Kingdom. Not the park itself, but the hassle you have to go through to get there. Wait to park, park, wait for tram, get off tram, wait for boat or Monorail, get off those, wait to get in, get in, wade through people, wait for a ride, etc...So I am glad I am at EPCOT. Not many college programs work here. A few, but not as many as the other parks. There are a lot of foreign girls here though, YEAH! I mean...um....Ya, anyways..So I am as of today a Transportation Host. I am offical. I had a couple of days to train, then I tested on everything. They said I did fine. Thanks William (my trainer). Now my training is complete, I am a full Jedi. I drive the tram from the parking lot to the front entrance, or I set on the back and talk. Or, I park cars. Or, they are going to train me to work at the place where cars pay to park. They also said that I may work as a Park Greetor. They tried to get me to do that last night! grrr..Not training, here you go boy! But I declined. So, Back to having fun. I have been going to the parks. MGM is really cool. I saw Micheal J Fox there, and took a bunch of pics. He put his hands in the concrete. And I think Cuba Gooding Jr. is going to be there tomorrow. So I have off, and I will go! Yeah! My roommates are really cool. Ted from West Virginia who is the Actor, he does the back stage pass tour and gets us really good info!. Mark from WV also, he drives the boat. Edil from Puerto Rico works at Animal Kingdom selling stuff. Travis from Colorado is custodial at MGM. Nick from New Orleans works at Typhoon Lagoon. I saw Jason Cooper today in the cafeteria. He is the reason I am here. He is going to be working at this park! YEah! That was a magical moment..hee hee. I have been playing my guitar a lot, but haven't gotten many groupies yet..My time is about up...grrr...The computers here stink big! I can check Juno at Vista Way, but there is like 2,300 people here and 4 computers, you figure it out..Well, things basically are going well. I mainly go to work, play guitar, talk to some friends and drive around. It is hot here, but really not TOO bad. August is not far! Please email if you would like, I would really enjoy it. June 12, 1999 So I typed an entire update and when I went to save it on the computer it locked up. I went to the EPCOT computer center where that happened. Needless to say I was very upset. SO this update will be different than it was orginally planned to be. I am really tired and it's late so this could be a strange update. Well for things that have happened lately. I saw Cuba Gooding Jr. at MGM. He did the hand in the cement thing. That was neat. Supposedly Minnie Driver, and Rosie O'donnel is going to be here for the Tarzan opening. Also for other celeb news, these people are supposed to be coming:Aerosmith, Brittany Spears, 98 Degrees, Backstreet Boys. I guess that is it. I have been working mostly. I worked tonight at the toll booth from 3 till 1130. I really did not like it at all. Really if I wasn't getting college credit for this, I think I might be ready to go already. I mean I am having fun. But I think this may be a long interesting summer. Ted and I have been going to all of the Disney Resorts and acting like we stay there. June 18...Actually its really early on June 18. Like always this must be short. But things have been going better. I had a realy good day at work the other day. I was on the back of the tram and tried to have people do the wave that were wating for the tram. They kinda did. Here is the BIG news. Thursday night Ted and I knew that a secret screening of Tarzan was going to be at MGM. So we dressed up and went a searching. So anyways, we went there and talked to some people. The said that they had to get all of the invited people in first, so we waited and the they let us in. We got free candy bars, popcorn, and pop. And we got in free. Tarzan was really really good. You all have to see it. When the credits came up for Florida people started yelling. Why? These people setting with us were some of the people that worked on it!! I couldn't believe it. Their names would come up and they would cheer. This was a small theatre. This was WED the movie comes out Friday. So we were IN there. These were all the animators and important people at Disney. It was a great experience. We also rode Rock N Roller coaster. It will open around July 4th for the public, but we get to get in sooner. It goes 0-57 mph in 2.8!!! It is unlike anything you have ever experienced. It is so Fast!! You walk in like its a recording studio. It is really neat. You go in this recording studio and Aerosmith is there talking to you, then you take a streach Limo to the "concert". It is great. I didn't see any celebrites for the movie premier but They may have came later. WHo knows. Tomorrow Brittany Spears is supposed to be at Magic Kingdom recording for an ABC music special. ANd she is supposed to film at a sound stage where Ted works. I went all over EPCOT today. It really is cool. I ate at Norway today. It was really good. All kinds of meats and fish. Its funny because all of the people that work there live close to hear, and I see them all around the place. Now if I can only meet them..hee hee..Well I should go. Things are looking up a little. Work is the same, but that Toll booth things still is so so. Also on July 30 the Vans Warped Tour is coming here, and I am going. All kinds of bands will be there. Brian Seltzer is coming the next night, I am going to try to see him too. Well sorry for not personally emailing everyone. This was the first time I have gotten on in a long time. I had 25 new messages to read! So keep sending them, please. I just may not be able to get back to you in awhile. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!!!

June 20. Well here I am with another update. Thank you Laura for the use of the computer! Well really not much is up. Brittany Spears did not sing at Magic Kingdom, that was pre-recorded. But she is filming a movie with Kenny Rogers and she talked to Ted on the backstage pass tour. I guess that is cool. It has been raining here all the time. yeah, Florida is supposed to be all nice, blah blah blah...It rains all the time, how much fun is that? Well I went looking around today and went to the mall, and Best Buy, Toys R Us, Barnes and Nobel, and I found a cool comic book store. So that was neat, then I had to work too. No big excitement there. I am working from 5 till 11 everynight this week, I have off Wed and Thurs. Just in case anyone wants to call. Email if you need my number. I went to this place where all of the damaged stuff from Disney world goes and they sell it to us, the cast members at 75% off the price. It was mostly junk, but I guess if you get there in the morning its better. They had a trailer with some good stuff though, shirts were really cheap! Didn't get anything though...Well as far as my living experience goes, it is fine. I am eating fine. No worries there. I am starting to wonder if I am going to meet anyone new here, I just talk to the same people all the time. Oh, I bought 2 CD's. The Rentals and Len. They are okay. The Rentals one is pretty good. I think Tuesday EPCOT is having a big party for the Millennium. No not the Backstreet Boys CD, the year 2000. It will be 100 days until the EPCOT party starts for the Millennium, so they will have food and stuff. I hope it will be fun. I am still trying to do everything I can. I think I will go to Daytona Beach on Wed or something. Oh, Phil Collins is coming next week sometime I think. Um, well I guess that is it for now. June 27 early in the morning..Like normal..Well I just talked to Anna and my parents tonight, and I thought I wouldn't be getting on, but Ted bailed me out. Thanks again Ted. Well I have been doing some interesting things. Well Wednesday Travis, Mark and I went to Daytona Beach. It was fun. We found a really cool record store that made it even better. They had cheap newer records, it was a lot of fun. The beach was cool, we really got beat up by the waves though. We went out and BAM!! We got belted. It was not a relaxing trip to the beach as far as the waves were concerned. THe rest of the trip was fun. I tried to take a picture of Travis and Mark and a local guy rode up and took it. I looked at him real strange, and he was like "I am not going to still your camera." Well that would be the first person I would expect to steal it, one that says they are not going to. When we got home I saw on the news that the waves at Daytona had been dangerous that day or something. Who knew? The next day I took Travis to this record store, and then got lost then I had to get him to work really quick. After that I went on my own EVERYWHERE looking for these record stores I found in the phone book. I went quite a ways from here. It was fun, I got a bootleg pro shot Smashing Pumpkins video from Canada, and a promo "To Sheila" Pumpkins CD that is hard to find. I found that in a used CD store for 4 dollars. I was very happy. That night Edil and I went to PI, that was kinda fun. Lets see, friday..Um, can't really remember. I got my oil changed, Oh I also played pool with Jason from home, and I got to use my new stick. That was fun, I saw his apartment, man ours is sooo clean compared to his. Nasty!! The apartment complex where he lives is really nice. I met a guy from Tulsa and he is doing makeup at Universal. Saturday (which was really today) was Travis' 21 birthday. Edil and I went and got him a cake and a card. He seemed to like it, he just went to bed. Its 3:10 am now. I slept again and then went to work. Once again it rained. Man that rain is a pain. The thunder is unlike anything I have ever heard in my life, it is SOOO LOUD. Tonight at work I was in the break room, and BOOOM!! totally out of the blue. A lighting bolt hit the ground outside. It was so loud. When I got home I ate and called my friend Anna and my parents. Then I took Mark to his parents hotel room. They are down for a few days. They are staying at Port Orleans, I guess it looks like New Orleans if Disney owned it. Well they probably do, but you get my point. On the way there we saw a really bad wreck. It had just happend before we got there, people were already helping so we left, a car was over turned and I doubt the person was alive. It was bad. You can tell I am not rushed as bad now, everyone that is here is gone to bed, so I can relax. So basically that has been about it. Mark cleaned the apartment really well today. Thanks man! I kinda helped. Well not really. Thinks are going okay. I had my 30 check out at work. I just answered questions for a hour, no big deal. I think Ted and I both have off Thursday so we might try to do something, but there might be traffic everywhere. We will see. Thanks once again for all the emails. I really like them. Oh, Ted said Arnold Swarts..well you know, was at MGM this week. And Travis walked over when they were filming a comercial for Rock and Roller Coaster, the asked him "politely" to leave. July um...7/8th..Not much to report really. Just working mainly. Oh, I guess Ben Afflick was at EPCOT the other night, one of the CPs that I work with was freaking out that she might see him. Well, of course none of us did. Surprise surprise. I had today off and went with this girl I met and her friend to Pointe Orlando, or something like that. Kinda boring, oh we ate at Pizzera Uno,which is always good. I went Swing Dancing tonight too. BORING. They (the girls of course) were late, so we went to the Bakery and ate. Then came back, danced a little, then walked around the boarwalk, then left. We messed around the Swan and Dolphin a little. Ted and I love those hotels. They are so fun to mess around in. I am not sure what I am doing tomorrow. I know I am going to buy my Warped Tour tickets. Tons of bands are going to be there, it will be fun. Travis is going with me. Oh, Mom and my Aunt JoAnn are coming down this month. That will be cool, I can show them around when I am not slaving for the mouse. That will be fun. Oh, I talked to my best friend Noah. He was planning to drive down from Alaska to Missouri, but he is not going to now. I am glad he is not, I was worried about it. Whew...I am probably going to just miss him before he goes to school in Colorado. He seems to be doing okay, but he is tired of bossing kids around, he works at this camp type of thing. Well I really don't have much to report, I just thought I would say something since I had the chance. So hello everyone. Oh, and if anyone ever finds the 12 inch Darth Maul get it! July 15/16...Well actually quite of bit has happened. First of all, I went to my Speakers forum and it was on Film Editing. It was cool. The guy has won an Emmy or something like that. He knew Spielburg when he was young and starting out. I know I can't spell, but you will get the point. It was interesting. I have been working too much and I don't even want to talk about that at all. Yesterday I shadowed my manager. That was actually fun, I got to wear the ear radio and everything. With my glasses I looked like the CIA or something. My manager told everyone that didn't know me that I was part of Internal Operations, so they got all scared. IT was funny. I also got free food for shadowing. We also talked to Security. They said to give them 2 weeks notice and I can showdow one of them and get to dress in a security outfit! COOL!! I have to get moving quick for that. I only about 5 weeks left here. That is good and bad, I work so much that I am running out of days to do stuff. grrrr...I got to set in on my managers meeting and a important meeting with a bunch of people about planning a new bus parking lot area. That was neat o. I guess I can say that I have gotten a little more social since I have been here. So I guess that is a good thing. But now I need to find some friends to be social with. hee hee..Well today I went with Travis to some of the parks. We rode Rock and Rollar coaster 2 times. Rode it once last night, and Tower of Terror once. Those are some cool rides. We saw Ted on his Backstage Tour, We got to be the people that made this little movie thing..Anyways, Then we went to Animal Kingdom and saw Edil working. That boy loves to work. We also saw the Lion King show. That was really cool, lots of action. And well..That was about it. i think of all of this stuff to say, but when I get on here, I just kinda forget about it all. I am looking forward to coming home though. It will be nice to go to bed on time, and sleep in peace. Well, I guess that will be all for now, Oh, my Mom and my Aunt are coming down. Aug. 9...Well a lot has happened since the last update. I am sorry I haven't updated sooner, but that is how it goes. Well My mother and Aunt came down to visit. It was very interesting. My sister and bro in law came for a day too. That was cool to see them. We went all over, and my car broke down. That was a EXPERIENCE that I don't want to repeat. So that was that. This is the abbriviated version of everything, since I forget and I am trying to get it all in..I went to the Vans Warped Tour with Travis. I wish Noah, Micah, Josh and Nate could have been there. It was fun and hot. There were news reports about how many people dehydrated and everything. The band I really wanted to see wasn't there though. Lit.....It was still cool. The next thing that happened cool was that Travis and I went to the Aerosmith Rock and Roller coaster opening party. It was soo cool. Lots of free food and drinks..Really fun, they came out and this guy painted pictures with rock music playing. That was cool. We also went to Islands of Adventure. The Spider Man ride was cool. The park was nice but the people that worked there were not. So it was okay. Things are really coming to a close here. Really, everyone is leaving. THis is Ted and Edils last week, and then next week is ours. This could be the last update until I get home. This has been an interesting time here. The thing that I will miss the most is my roommates. They are great, its nice to know that I can make friends. I am really going to miss them. It is a strange thing here. I hope to expound on my feelings more when I get home. I guess that is it. I am sorry I haven't written, I hope everyone forgives me....I will talk to you all soon....Bye...
