10/17/01: Another Wednesday. I
don't like Wednesdays much. That means that I have to go to the girls
volleyball practice tonight, then go to my volleyball class from 8-11.
That sucks! But it's fun none the less. So I was talking to Erin
Hall yesterday about the whole Afghanistan thing. I really started to
wonder just what was going through all the Berkeley people's minds. So I
asked one of them. That's right, I asked Stephanie Chen. This poor
soul seemed to share the same view as everyone else in Berkeley. "War is
wrong". I don't see how this could be, but as Mr. Bissell says, "Berkeley
has gone Bezerkely!" Them's strong words there.
I've really started to wonder what is on TV these days.
Since I'm not home until around 8:30 usually, I have no clue. Do they
still show that show with the little fuzzy brown alien guy? I think his
name was Elf or something like that. Also, is that one guy still living in
that apartment with those two chicks? And oh boy, I can't wait to see the
newest episode of that show with the guys, with the names, in the bar. You
know that one? What time are those on now anyways? Sheesh I'm out of
the loop!
It seems to be the time of year where some days its too darn
hot and some days its too darn cold. My sweatshirt is getting a lot of use
though. In fact, I think I need a new one. Could anyone lend a
hand-me-down to the keep Chris warm foundation? I was sitting out at MV
watching the MVHS marching band do a run through last night, and I was miserably
cold. I don't remember afternoon rehearsals ever getting that cold
before. Must be all the senior girls.
Here's a great tip for everyone who loves snack foods.
Nob Hill is currently having a sale on all Cheeze-it products. You can
purchase two 16 oz. boxes of Cheeze-its for only $4!!! Get down there
right now and purchase yourself some cheesey delight! Furthermore, I
determined yesterday that Nob Hill has the WORST deli sandwiches
in the history of man kind. I thought
Togo's was bad too!
I must thank the people at Microsoft for providing me with
the greatest PC tool in the world, that being the spell checker. Without
it, I would be hopelessly lost in a sea of spelling incorrectness. Here's
to spell checkers everywhere!
Well I think I've rambled enough for today. Here's a

See the New York Yankees against the Seattle Mariners at 1:20 p.m., and the
