10/21/01: Wrastlin' Night:
Tonight WWF No Mercy will be showing over at
Dan Means'
house. Start time is 5 PM and it should be a whole heap of fun for
everyone. As for homework, well that will just have to wait to get done.
If anyone is curious as to what the worst way to spend a
Saturday is, well I've got an easy answer for you. Coaching and all day
girls Volleyball tournament is a start. First of all, our team didn't play
so well and it was the most uninspired event of the season. Also, the
tournament is filled with high school girls all around my age, most of them good
looking. How am I supposed to enjoy this? It lasts 12 hours and I
don't get a single phone number out of it. In addition, what else can I do
with my Saturday? Nothing but go home and sleep when it's all over.
It was a pathetic way to spend any Saturday. At least the marching band
people get to hang with over 140 other people. There's only 11 girls on
our team, and 3 coaches. That is crap. Don't ever coach volleyball.
Another really bad idea of things to do when you have free
time on the weekends is go to Hobee's Restaurant with one or more of your
friends. This annoys the wait staff when they know you and usually means
that they will get nothing done because you're always talking to us. Only
a few certified people are able to get away with this, them being the Codeglia
brothers and Mr. Neely and company. Since then, volleyball teams, other
friends, and neighbors have tried to get away with this, but it's useless
really. We only give out discounts to people we want to give them to,
otherwise we spit in your food repeatedly while pulling out our hair. Just
something to be aware of. Also, just stopping by to say "hi" is very
annoying. This wastes our time and causes us to lose concentration and
generally forget someone's order.
Today is the final of me being without a stereo system in my
car. Tomorrow I will be jamming to beats all over town, and it's gonna be
fun. I miss music. For those of you who are awaiting some graphical
support for my website, hang in there. My lazy arse has got to get down to
radio shack to buy a longer cable for my scanner before I can use it. Once
that is taken care of, I'll have plenty of pictures up on the site.
