Hi Everyone,
Now is the time for four major groups of items to show up at the WB Stores. Easter, Summer, Wedding and Birthday. Some of the Easter and Summer items are at our local stores but no sign of the others yet. I hope this year will see a return of the nicer Birthday items. Last year they didn't bring out very much at all but '97 and '98 were great years. No idea what the Wedding theme will be this year either. Anything but Pepe will be nice-he's becoming the default character for this now like Tweety has been for the summer themes. They need to put some new names in the hat they pick character themes out of!

The WB Store has the new Easter items in and the Tweety summer stuff. For Easter there is a new Tweety basket, last years Bugs basket, Tweety & Bugs in rabbit suits beanies, Tweety and chick S&P and a Tweety and chick candy dish. The theme for summer this year is Tweety and Butterfly in an Enchanted Garden. This matches the garden beanies that are out. In this they have a birdbath, birdhouse, birdfeeder, desk clock, frame set, teapot, key keeper, mini teapot, cup and saucer and suncatcher. They don't have dedicated pages set up yet so just search for Easter, Garden or Butterfly to find them all. Walmarts has plastic sipper glasses on clearance right now for $2 each. These have the silly straw winding around them with a pvc character on the top. Ours also finally got two of the Toon Tensils items in. The Tweety ice cream scoop and the Marvin scrub brush. $4 each.

The Lenox Looney Tunes Thimble Collection was nominated for an award. You can read about it on their site and see a picture of the complete set-finally! There is a series of plastic snap together models out. I believe either from Racing Champions or Action. They are the same as the smaller vintage car diecasts that came out last year but larger. 8 total in the series. I haven't found these in stores yet but they are selling on Ebay.
