ib cos 94/96 "he clenies everything..."

Kalau nak dikirakan, banyak jugak yang kitorang buat masa kat Banting. If all that were to be written down in detail, boleh buat satu novel agaknya.Tapi, tak ingat sangatlah exactly what happened where and when.
Ever since JULY 94 (secara rasmi menjadi warga Kolej MARA Banting), we encountered and experienced countless events which were either fun, tiring, frustrating, enjoyable, err...(any other adjectives, anyone?)..

JANUARY 95:

Drama Fest. Remember 'Siti Senja'? Pak Tani dengan jam yang berkilat-kilat? Erin jadi mak? Ahak..ahak..
The photo was taken masa keletihan selepas drama kitorang. Tengah tengok drama kelas lain pulak...

FEBRUARY 95:
Jualan kuih-muih masa Ramadhan. (Actually it was done under IB Computer Club (IBCC), but IBCC = IB COS, so what the heck..). Did we make lots of money? Entahlah...tapi, one thing for sure, we were our very own loyal customers. He..He..

DECEMBER 95:

Self-organised trip to Pantai Morib. Had a simple BBQ. Too bad not the whole class can make it. But it was fun. Sempat dengar dedication kat THR's Double Parking lak tu...

OCTOBER 95:
Surprise party untuk Kak Zai. Iqmal buat magic show. What a talent! Kitorang buat show khas untuk Kak Zai. Ada Man Bai, Boyz II Men... "Yesterday.....". Sedih gak, Kak Zai nak pindah...

JANUARY/FEBRUARY 96:

Bulan Ramadhan. Buka puasa kat rumah Cikgu Norsiah. Earlier that day, we even went shopping ramai-ramai. Pergi pasar, pergi err...(eh! apa nama kedai kat Banting tu hah? lupa lak...).
Kitorang masak sendiri....ikan terubok (Bondai's recipe). Also, the guys made onde-onde.

Ha..yang ni rasanya tak semua org tau kot: Azrin dgn Ed masukkan mop dlm baldi berisi air gula!!! Yuck!!! Tapi, don't worry! Air gula tu tak digunakan pun...so everyone can rest assured that we consumed proper water that day, not air mop. Ahak..ahak..
Eh! Apa yg dijemur kat ampaian tu?...

Time Raya pulak, pergi rumah Zatul, ada open house.
Pergi rumah Cikgu Hasmah (open house jugak).

Not forgetting sambutan Hari Raya kat maktab....
the guys (Errr..Ada sorang tersesat dalam gambar ni.. Anybody - other than bebudak IB COS - yg boleh figure out sapa yg tersesat tu, boleh dapat reward 20 sen. He..He.. )

APRIL 96:

Raya Aidiladha. Sape-sape yang tak balik, raya kat dewan makan.
Raya dengan classmates yang tak balik (Erin, Manang, Kak Sue, Iqmal, Hasrul, Neta, Elly) and also with Arai, Gee and C'za. Sedih gak tak dapat beraya kat rumah, tapi exam IB dah dekat. Tapi takpe, at least terasalah jugak bahang raya tu. Ada lemang, rendang, kuih-muih, sandwich sardin... (sejak bila pulak sandwich sardin jadi juadah time Raya ni?)..
At the same time, sibuk dengan IRP. We were divided into 3 groups.

1. Ed, Iqmal, Elly, Kak Sue, Fasha
2. Erin, Bondai, Azrin, Anum, Zatul, Neta
3. Izad, Jai, Hasrul, Iepah, Hezlin, Manang

MAY 96:
The much dreaded IB exam took place.
To make matters worse, the 17 of us were the only ones to finish last.
Orang lain dah lama dah merdeka. Tapi, kira unik gak le, 17 orang je ambik exam ...
Last paper (Computer Science) was on 17th May. Petang pulak tu!
Habis je exam, semua rush coz kena bersiap utk pergi Farewell Dinner kat PWTC.

Aktiviti-aktiviti lain yang kitorang pernah buat:

trip to ITM sempena Minggu Teknologi Maklumat

tengok Jumanji ramai-ramai

pergi makan kat Ah Chin beramai-ramai. Lepas tu pergi tengok laser disc.

main basketball, netball, football, volley beramai-ramai; lawan kelas lain. (Oh....our classmates are very talented alright! All-rounder... You should have seen how the guys played netball!). In a way, the supporters and audience exercised too. Exercised their jaws and stomach muscles, that is! Can't help laughing seeing the players in action!!

performed Dikir Barat masa IB nite. Entah apa-apa le...

learnt a German word from one of our teachers (identity revealed).

tinggalkan one of our classmates dlm kelas lepas last period. Well, we didn't want to disturb his sleep. So, we crept out of class extra quietly and went for lunch...without him. (Kepada siapa yang berkenaan tu, sorry!)

lepak ramai-ramai kat car park tepi cafe on one of the weekend nights. Masa tu dah dekat nak exam dah. Lepas IRP nye disussion, relax le kejap. Cerita hantu... Best! Cerita punye cerita, tak sedar dah lepas pukul 12 tengah malam! Seram gak...coz macam-macam cerita hantu keluar. Very eerie...

buat T-shirt class. "he clenies everything...". The only class in our batch to have our very own T-shirt. Cikgu pun envy, tau...

Ni tengah belek-belek baju yg kitorang baru dapat.

Well, those were the so-called 'unusual routines' which we did sekali-sekala. Yang kitorang selalu buat pulak are the following:

main dengan kucing (the orange cat - Squash) masa kelas Miss Loh.

main Bingo and Lingo beramai-ramai masa free period. Bukan main sebarang main tau. The words that we used for Lingo selalunya diambil from what we've learned in Physics. Haaaa....Caya tak? "Go For The Bold Gall !!" Pelur Tenyu?..

rush for the dewan makan lepas last period! Cikgu-cikgu yang mengajar kitorang masa last period semua sedia maklum. Sorry teachers, but how can one resist the aroma coming from the dewan makan, on a hungry stomach? It's not our fault that our classroom is in such a strategic position. (or is it?)
