USEFUL WEB SITES

If you click on any of the web site addresses below, you will leave Ron McGregor's web site for other destinations on the web. Many of these will be professional websites with lots of graphics that may take time to download. Ron McGregor's web site has been developed with a minimum of graphics for quick access to its pages, and I recommend that you browse it for as much general information as you may need, before you head for the sites listed below.

The sites are grouped as follows:

1. General Sites - these do not advertise any product of their own. They provide general information, or act as hosts for other sites that offer accommodation and/or tours. There is a huge amount of very valuable information available here, and you may find your way to some of the smaller concerns that don't have fancy web sites of their own. Ideal for independent travellers who like to make their own special discoveries.
2. Company commercial sites that specifically promote their own services.
3. Overseas sites - companies that operate from other countries into Southern Africa.
4. Namibian sites - Namibia has a lot of useful sites, so I put them in a separate section.
5. Government and Statistical Sites - tourism related or otherwise, they provide information on countries, their governments, and links to other sites with information about these countries.
