"Moving to Singapore" was a popular series of articles that first appeared on the Usenet newgroup "soc.culture.singapore" in February 1994. As time went on, the series became less about moving to Singapore, and more about "a Chinese American in Singapore", as David Lin, the author put it. Nevertheless, the original title stuck. Drawing on his personal experience, David showed us a glimpse of the fascinating life in Singapore. His articles are informative and entertaining, insightful and light-hearted, always witty and a lot of fun to read.

If you have any questions, suggestions, or comments about this series, please feel free to send email to me or to the author. Enjoy.
