Hanoi's Street Markets
Hanoi has street markets and stalls where you can get everything from soup to spiced pineapples (yum) to flowers to nuts. As I wandered through one market, I was treated to the site of three dog heads, fangs bared, adorning some very red meat. It is an image I still see as I drift off to sleep. I chose not to take a picture to spare others the same fate.
