Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's birthplace.
The famous building is Mozart's birthplace at Number 9, which is today
the location of the Mozart Museum. The musical genius was born here on
January 27, 1756. On the first floor there is a room for temporary
exhibitions, the second floor presents Mozart's world of opera with
stage designs and documentation on productions and the like. On the
third floor, visitors will feel themselves guests of the Mozart family
with displays of original furniture, personal objects and jewelry as
well as letters, notes and Wolfgang Amadeus's musical instruments. |
