This is the"Homer Simpson's Skin" for Quake I. The snapshot you see is of course from the skin, I know that Homer doesn't usually wears these clothes but a skin like this is better in a deatmatch, because is less visible in the dark and is also "more like a warrior". The pants change color and the donut does the same. "The big yellow head is too visible", someone said, but I can't make Homer's head in a different colour.

Thanks to [BK]Tech, who sent it to me, you can now download the Homer model pack for Quake2. In the zip pack there are the model, three different skins, and all the sounds; it's all really cool.
