WEB RING: GUIDELINES

VISION:
The primary purpose of this Web Ring is to gather all philatelic sites dealing with Philippine philately into one common bond and help each other promote respective sites. It is also the aim of the web ring to generate enough interest in philately among the youth and the young-at-heart as well as help promote the Philippines, through stamps, throughout the world: virtual and real.

GUIDELINES:
The following are simple guidelines to follow to join the Philippine Stamps Collectors and Philatelists Web Ring.

• MEMBERSHIP:
  1. A site dealing with Stamp Collecting in general; with a Philippine section
  2. A site featuring Philippine postal materials;
  3. A site dealing with the Philippine postal system.
  4. Membership is voluntary.
• WEB SITE CONTENTS:
  1. Your site should contain banners for General Public consumption. Remember, a number of stamp collectors are below the age of 18, unless of course artistic nudity is the feature of your stamps.
  2. Commercial or non-profit.
• WEB RING RULES:
  1. Link to the specific URL, not to the INDEX, where the Philippine section can be found.
  2. Include the Web Ring's HTML fragment in your page/s within one month of application for inclusion to the web ring.
  3. Invite one on-line stamp collector to join the web ring.
