At last check, there was a used 3x3 Eyes Super Famicom listed here. They may have some soundtrack CDs here as well.

Anime Palace lists two CDs as well as three VCDs. These are likely the three I have that are volumes 5-7 of the anime. They also mention various 3x3 Eyes posters.

Nikaku often has a good number of the 3x3 Eyes manga at reasonable prices. If memory serves, I think they might also have some CDs. I usually order my manga from this business. They do accept personal checks for those people who don't have credit cards.
