Even though she looks sweet and gentle, don't be fooled by her appearance. She is an accomplished martial artist and physically very strong(as Yakumo finds out a couple of times^_^). She lives in Hong Kong with her brother Steve. Meixing is one year younger than Yakumo and like Yakumo, Meixing is a student. Meixing shows a great deal of interest in Yakumo, going as far as trying to catch his attention with a sexy dress and perfume.
When Steve Long and Ling-Ling disappear in a mysterious explosion, Meixing vows to find her brother. The only clue she has is a piece of a broken statue, a head with three eyes. She tracks down Yakumo and Pai thinking that they are involved with the disappearance of her brother. Meixing is ambushed and the statue fragment is stolen. Realizing that Yakumo and Pai can help her, Meixing leads the charge to rescue her brother only to be captured and held as a human sacrifice to Kai Yan Wang.
